Shipping Policy

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide to all countries except South Korea. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Korea.

Shipping Fees

- Store Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on country and item weight. - Remote locations may incur a small top-up fee to cover extra shipping costs. - For certain countries (minimum purchase $199 required, or small top-up applied if less): Guatemala, Argentina, Chile, Peru, French Polynesia, Brazil, South Africa, Colombia, Ecuador, Lebanon, Uruguay, Bolivia, El Salvador, Guadeloupe, Honduras, Panama, Kuwait, Fiji, Jordan, Paraguay, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Tunisia, Israel, UAE. - Additional remote locations (small top-up fee): New Zealand, Australia.

Custom Orders

Each custom order has its own shipping fee. Submit our Custom Request Form to receive a free shipping quote.

Shipping Carriers

We offer Standard Shipping(Rincos), Expedited Shipping (FedEx), and region-specific door-to-door services.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 4–7 working days from our warehouse. Transit time after shipment is typically 14–20 working days for most countries. Pre-order items or supplier delays may extend delivery.

Tracking

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

Address Changes

To update your shipping address, email contact@andditkr.com with your order number and new address before the order ships.

Packaging

Fragile items are securely packaged using original packaging and additional protection as needed to minimize damage during transit.

Untracked Shipping

All our shipping methods include tracking numbers. Untracked shipping is not available to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping Risks

International shipments may be subject to delays, damages, losses, customs duties, and taxes. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
