What is your return policy?

Andditkr provides a Korea proxy service. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Certain items, including opened books, digital products, or promotional items, are non-returnable.

What if my items are damaged upon arrival?

Minor imperfections such as bent corners may occur during shipping. These minor defects are not eligible for refunds. For significant defects, please report them within 14 days of delivery with details and photos. We will evaluate each case and may provide a replacement. An unboxing video may be requested to validate claims.

How do I request a return or refund?

Please contact us at contact@andditkr.com or +82 10‑7799‑0105 with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions and address will be provided.

Please send all authorized returns to the following address in South Korea:

(Note: Please do not send returns without prior approval.)

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund processing time

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

If your item comes with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. For assistance, you may email us at contact@andditkr.com. Please note that warranty service may require shipping the product to Korea.

Order cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

International shipping risks

International shipments may involve delays, damages, losses, customs duties, or taxes. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these risks.
